eBay in collaboration with Nathan Anthony and Ninja decided to open up a pop-up restaurant to promote the use of air fryers as a cost effective alternative in the kitchen and to consider buying a refurbished unit.
The concept was that all dishes would be created using an air fryer and it was going to be a 12 plate tasting menu. The moment I heard about this I tried to get tickets, but they were snapped up with a literal minute! Fortunately thanks to a late cancellation, we managed to book a reservation.
I was sceptical that all dishes would be made using the air fryer, but was excited to see, especially given that there were going to be starters, mains and desserts. We started the evening off with a drink from the lovely selection of cocktails available.
There was such a range of dishes and We were stuffed by the end.
As the evening drew to a close. we were gifted a cookery book from Nathan which features all the dishes made on the night for us to recreate at home.
